Hello all. My name is Jessica and I'm new to this site. Not really sure how I found it, but it really caught my attention. I have been taking phentermine for almost 3 months now. ( doctor perscribed) I have lost about 27lbs. so far. Since taking it I have more energy and I feel great. I've also changed some of the ways I eat. I'm trying to cut fat ang eating more fruits and veggies. I'm afraid when I stop taking this I will put back on all the weight. So my question is - Should I continue my weight-loss plan by adding phentramin to my diet? And which one is better phentramin-d or the other?
