SHOOT!! Lost 2 posts again...in short, Phentramin works more like Hoodia and mostly in the bloodstream.It took 4-5 days before I noticed any hunger lessening.
Phentramin-D works more on brain's hunger centers. It would get my vote, BUT we each react differently!

I must close my browser; please check with me tomorrow!!
