Hi ladies, Im wanting to get some of the dvd`s so i can do a mix up with these and my treadmill. Im just wondering are they hard to keep up with? And Im sure there are several, do any of you have one thats your all time favorite and you think will help the most? Im looking to tone my butt muscles and hopefully gain leaner innner thighs and drop some fabby tummy. LOL look forward in hearing from you
