How can I pay for my consultation?
Southwest Medical Group and our pharmacy partners accept all major Credit Cards as well as COD payments by Money Order or Cashiers Check.

Are there any hidden charges?
No, there are no hidden charges. The only charge you are responsible for is the consultation fee. If your Southwest Medical Group health care provider determines that prescription medication(s) are warranted, there will be an additional fee from our affiliated pharmacy partner covering the cost of medication(s), shipping, and handling.

What do I get for my physician consultation fee?
Southwest Medical Group establishes your medical records along with all pertinent documentation regarding your medical condition(s). At that time, Southwest Medical Group refers you to one of our board certified physicians for medical care through a private telephonic consultation. If your Southwest Medical Group Health Care provider determines that prescription medication(s) is warranted, the prescription(s) will be forwarded to our affiliated pharmacy partner to be filled and shipped. Additionally, Southwest Medical Group will notify qualified patients if they meet enrollment criteria for future clinical trials. All clinical trials will be administered in conjunction with research clinicians, medical schools, and pharmaceutical companies.

What is the cost of the prescription medication?
Southwest Medical Group's affiliated pharmacy partner's prices are competitive with other pharmacies throughout the US.

How many refills will I get with my prescription order?
Refills are dispensed at the discretion of the physician. Usually orders are for a 90 day supply, initial order plus 2 authorized refills.
