I have bee reading this forum for a few days now and everyone seems really supportive and there is so much infromation i just had to join ......So i am 3 days in with phentermine 30mg i havent weighed any yet holding off for a full week. No soda for me all day today  I am doing better than i expected with my diet (1500 cal. high fiber) looking for suggestions on a workout plan I have been walking and need to work on my tummy............
