This is a fast low cal /low fat recipe. I altered the weight watcher's O point soup.

I can of carrots
I can of green beans
I can of chic peas
I can of stewed tomatos
I small can of tomato paste
3 tbl spoons of garlic out of jar
2 8oz cans of fat free chicken broth
1 can of corn
2 Boiled chicken breast/shredded!!


All you have to do is bring all ingredients to a boil and add already cooked chicken.

Top off with some low fat cheese! and whole grain bread, or crackers.
For mexican style I add avocado, and hot or medium rotel.
Squirt some fresh lime over before eating.


You can also use fat-free beef broth, and your favorite lean meat instead of Chicken. Just make sure meat is cooked completely, before you add to ingredients.

It is healthier to use fresh veggies, but I never have time this is easier for me.
