Well today is day 3 and I am down 2 lbs already ! So far so good especially because I have been either gaining or not moving at all on the scale. I have been going to aerobics class for a while now and always walk some in between. But since being on Phen-D the past few days I get through the cardio step pretty easy. Feels great. I do feel a little nausea if I don't eat within an hour of taking so its pretty good at letting me know I need to eat often even if I am not hungry. Those McDonalds cravings are gone woohoo lol..I hope things stay great by this summer because I want to look great on my vacation. I'm a size 16/18 and would like to be a 12 at least by June..will keep updating my progress, thanks for reading everyone and being supportive !!
