Ok I know I am not supposed to weigh except once a week, but this is just too exciting...From here on out I'm gonna weigh in once a week lol...Today I got on the scale and after 5 days of Phen-D I am down from 220 to 213 !!!! OMG that's 7 lbs !!! I could not believe my eyes...Here is a tip for anyone who does not like water like myself.I buy those special K protein waters..They are 16 ounces a bottle, 50 calories 0 fat and taste FANTASTIC !!! I have one of those every couple of hours so I get my water plus more and alot of protein to burn fat during the day...I also love those Special K chocolate peanut snack bars instead of my Snickers bar...I had some pizza and ice cream last night with the kids , so Saturdays will be my reward splurge day...I can't tell you enough how great I feel...I am so tired of being over 200 lbs and I'm on my way down under...Woohooo !!! I can do this !! Thanks everyone
