I have been having those kind of cravings this week.......but it is time for a visit from aunt FLO although it is so tempting to grab something chocolate I have been doing well substituting with an apple or banana, celery sticks with a small amount of peanut butter. Seems for me that no matter what i crave as long as i have something the cravings go away.
I have gotten rid of all the bad things in the pantry so everyone in my house are making healthier choices. Hang in there we can do this.
