I know that elevated blood pressure is a side effect of phentermine. Will it go away - I'm not sure....but if it's high and you're concerned...I would call your doctor. It may just be a temporary side effect, but if there's any chance it's serious I'd rather stop the meds and not risk any sort of adverse reaction. Good luck!
