Hi,
I just started taking phen today. I was given the 15mg capsules. I took 1 at around 12 noon today and already (3:36pm) Im feeling like Im "coming down"...drained.
I was concerned with the dosage when they gave it to me...but they said they start everyone with that mg.
Also, could it be that I work in an office...and am not moving around much?
