What are you using as a goal weight loss per week or month?? 9 pounds in a month is actually a lot... water or not!

The key is to lose the weight in a healthy manner so it stays off. Sure, there are those that lose 20 pounds in a month on Phen... they also don't eat... don't exercise... don't relearn healthy eating habits. Watch those people, they'll also be the ones to gain in back in 6 months or maybe it'll take them a year. I don't know about you, but I want mine to stay off... forever! 1-2 pounds a week is healthy... Think about it, in 52 weeks at 2 pounds per week... that's 104 pounds! Or at 1 pound a week... that's 52 pounds! Not too bad!!

Another question to ask yourself is: okay, so Sally is losing 20 pounds in a month on Phen... did you gain at the same rate as Sally? Probably not. We're all different. Some can lose weight pretty quickly... others, not so fast.

My advise... Learn your body. You're not going to do that in a month. Track your weight weekly, measurements monthly. Some months you may lose 10 pounds but only lose 3 inches overall and others you may lose 1 pound for the month but 10 inches overall! Learn the way your body works, read every health type article you can get your hands on and most importantly... get friendly with the journey you have ahead of you, knowing that every ounce you lose is one step closer to your final goal!!
