Hi Everyone,

I have been on phen for almost 8 weeks now, and I have lost 30 lbs. But I am feeling very discouraged, because I have not lost any weight in the past 2 weeks. I actually did gain a couple pounds, but now I am back down. The first 6 weeks on phen were great, but it has lost it's some of its effectiveness. I am very consistant with eating 5 times a day, drinking 12 cups of water, and staying between 1200-1500 calories, and I exercise like crazy, 5-6 times a week of carido. I also do 3 times a week of weight training with my husband, and it is a very challanging workout.

I would be lying if I didn't admit that in the past couple of weeks I have eaten a few things that I could have avoided, like tortilla chips or a couple cookies. The only day I didn't track my calories was on this past Sunday, which is the first time I allowed my self to eat "what I want," since it was mother's day and the day I graduated. I didn't go crazy though, I just ate a little more and less healthy than normal.

So I am looking for some advise to help me get over this hump, I really want to lose another 20 lbs by June 7th, I would like to wear a bathing suit for the first time in 2.5 years.
