ive been going to the gym 4-5 times a week working out, water aerobics, elliptical and treadmill. BUT MY CAR BROKE DOWN LAST NIGHT AND I DUNNO WHAT 2 DO. I NEED A EXERCISE PLAN I CAN DO AT HOME. Im going to walk my daughter to and from school but it's barely 4 blocks. I need idea's and I am desperate. What cardio exercises can I do at home? pLEASE
