Hang in there, you can do this! It's like I said in one of my other posts, even if you only lost a pound a week, it'll add up. I've started different diets, only to give up b/c I got discouraged over the lack of weight I'd lost. Then a few months later, I'd think, if I would have stuck with it, I'd be down x amount of pounds. I think 8 pounds weight loss is pretty good. So, eat as healthy as you can, exercise as much as you can stand it, and it'll pay off.
