Hello everyone! i take the 15mg capsule as well and all i can say is that i feel GREAT! i have tons of energy and i drink lots and lots of water because you just feel thirsty and not for sodas, because i was a big soda drinker and i really cant even finish an entire one now. i dont feel hungry and i have to actually force myself to eat the snacks. good luck if this is the one you choose to use, i am so happy!
