Hi Jessica,

I weigh in Friday mornings so this morning I stepped on and whew 2 more pounds. That is a total of 5 for my first week. Not as great as it was last time I used phen but a loss is a loss. I didn't work today, I drove 300 miles. My inlaws live in South Dakota and they are taking my 3 kids for a week. I had to meet the mother in law halfway. I just got back a little while ago because I stopped and went shopping on the way home. FREEDOM!! I sucked for eating today, I had a McDs BBQ Chipotle Chicken Snack Wrap and an Iced Coffee. That's it and it wasn't a very healthy meal either. It is hard when you are traveling with the kids and you need to stop for lunch. I am not wasting hours bringing them into a restaurant. Drive thru is the only way to go. I can't exactly eat a salad and drive so, oh well. The meal still came to only 380 calories though, so I guess I am not a totally bad person. But it is now after 6pm and I haven't eaten anything else today. I don't know what to do for dinner when there isn't any children here.
If I could keep up the 5lbs a week, I could lose 35-40 lbs before my hubby gets home. I am ok with our mini goals for fall, I think we can attain them. I better go, I need to find a friend to go out to dinner with or something. It is kinda boring at home with no kids.
