Oh really you are taking the 37.5 too? I have that one also but currently just taking 1/2 of it for a couple of days then will start taking the entire pill soon...so how is your appetite? I try and do cardio 4-5x's a week and strength train 3x’s a week every other day though to give my body a little rest. I do 30 mins of cardio. I was doing the bike for like a little bit ...now I do the elliptical on intervals or weight loss...That machine is a good workout. I sometimes walk 2 miles at night at a school track close to my house...then next I will go to the treadmill...I try to switch it up so my body won't get use to the machines and still burn calories and keep my heart rate up. That's funny we both were commenting on each others journal...Lol! I hope you have a fantastic day!!
