Well today was a good day...I ate pretty good and also had plenty of water...I went and did a little bit of cardio as well. Well day #3 was good as well...yeah. So ready for the weekend!!! So ready to enjoy myself...and keep up with the eating right. I have been keeping a food journal now for 2 months..I really think it is good to keep track of what you eat each day...keeps you on balance too. Have a great rest of your day!!!
