Yes, I remember the food journal days it really helped me lots the first few months, until I got darn lazy about it.

I will need to start with that over again, because I feel some weight inching back on because of stress eating. I'm just not in the mind set right now but hopefully will be soon after this cold turned bronchitis goes away.Before to much damage is done and I gain to much weight back.

To much teenage drama around my house and being sick and dealing with three children under 5 yrs. old no wonder I'm on here so late right ? My only peace and quiet time it seems.lol Though my DH gets irritated because iam a true blue addict to this place and the wonderful ppl on it.

If you look in the beginning of my journal I use to keep a food journal on here. Not to healthy but it was a start go check it out if you want there were a few good choices but not as many as they should have been and alot of it was repetitive and boring day after day. Plus I had pretty low calories some days.

Check it out the first few pages in the beginning of my journal called : "Desperately seeking the old me"
