Everywhere I read the lipotropics seem to work. I acutally ordered the b12 then read about the lipotropics and was like damn I need to get me some of that. So I have to give myself 2 shots a week instead of just 1 (cause there are vials that are a mix of b12 and lipotropics) On Monday I had my first shots on Tuesday I started taking Phen-d (which I don't think has an effect on me). So on monday I weighed 188 now I weigh (stepping on scale now) 184.2. BUT I have been eating breakfast early (My Easy and Quick eggs for 1 80cals) every day and then the chicken tenders or subway for lunch and for dinner just a salad when I get home like at 5pm and nothing after that. ALSO, I've been walking my dog for at least 3 miles a day. (I swear I must look like a psycho cause I listen to pump up music so I kinda dance when I walk... but hey I figure I'm burning calories right!  )
