Here's my question: I know that Phentermine is most commonly taken in the morning time. My bedtime (on average) is midnight. (I get up at 8:30am). Therefore, I'm starving by 10pm. I've experimented & tried waiting until about 3pm to take my Phentermine. This has worked so great for me. It's made my nightime hunger non-existant & I've had no trouble falling asleep. Will taking my Phentermine so late in the day hinder my weight loss?

All I can say is wow !!! Your very lucky because, most ppl would be up all hours of the night scrubbing their floors and doing laundry.lol

Are you taking the whole thing or just half ? Some ppl also get the opposite affect to where they are tired and lethargic, so goes to show you, you never know, how you are gonna react. I guess your just lucky.

I have read on here though, some ppl preferred to take it around three or so for the same reason, it gave them that extra boost to stop the 10 oclock munchies. Though for most ppl, I highly don't recommend it, only because of the insombia, which most ppl get from taking it so late.That's my problem is at night because, I seem to have better control during the day.

I would think it would do the opposite and work even better for you, especially, if you eat the most at night, that's probably where alot of your calories come from and some weight gain happened.

My is from having 4 kids and the nighttime munchies. Like spice said ,whatever works for you and yes you do kinda have to play around with the time's, until you find what works for you.

So, I take it, you have better hunger control ,during the day then ?
