This site sells an over-the-counter pill called Phentramin-D which is supposed to mimic the effect of some other prescription weight loss drug that starts with an A, I can't remember the name of it. Of course it's not as strong, but it could work for some people. There is a subforum with reviews for that pill that you should check out if you're interested in it.
