Don't say I did not warn yall !!! You mean for your BOOTAY !?!? I got a flat bum, so I'd like to know, how to get a lady hump !?!?!

Hmmm, well for starters Squats are awesome for toning and tightening up the bum,Lunges are great also to get that bum in shape both also work the lower body. including the ham strings and thigh muscles. Running,Riding a bike Aerobics also squeezing the butt muscles and those floor exercise's where you lay down on your back and you lift your bum off the floor and you squeeze release,repeat and so forth. Last but, not least is knockin the boots with your man that's probably the best thing right there !!! Not for me after 4 kids,that's the last thing on my mind.
