Well today is just another day for me I guess. Yesterday I made a kielbasa soup for my hubby and garlic bread.I gave in and ate a bowl,I felt so bad. Then this morning I woke up and weighed as usually and I still weigh 205 great I was worried that kielbasa soup is fatty and then to top it all off i have been eating healthy for so long like to months now without eating foods that are high in fat or that contain oil. It made me so sick i just wanted throw up everywhere but could not. In a way that is good last time a went on a
diet and lost 70 pounds the same thing happened to me i quite eating those greasy foods and the moment i started back I got sick. Also yesterday i bought some metamucil fiber powder and it taste nasty but you know that the fiber helps you lose the weight and its great for your heart. Plus the phen has me constipated. Well thats it for today.
