I've been taking it with "Super Cleanse" from GNC. I notice I'm not constipated anymore (may just be the cleanse) and I've lost weight but that's because of the phentermine and eating as little as humanly possible (2 bowls of Special K nd fatfree milk a day - a grilled chicken breast occasionally). It's not hurting anything anyway and if you buy it at GNC or somewhere like that it's fairly cheap ($32 for both).
