 I am pretty sad today. I actually gained 3 lbs!!! I was hoping to lose as much as I possibly could before my sisters wedding in 3 weeks. I don't understand. I have been working so hard with excersize and like real hard labor. I am actually thinking of asking my doc. to increase my dose of the phen. well i guess what ever happens will happen and i will just pray that I get maximim results!!!
