Well my walk was great today!! I really pushed myself. But I am a little scared that I will gain some weight back. I just learned from a post from susan that I am sabatoging my diet. I don't eat hardly anything and I guess you have to eat in order for your metabolism to work fast and right if you don't then your body will think it is starving. If anyone knows if I will gain weight back that I already lost if I start making myself eat more please leave me a post with an answer!!
