Hey Girls!  k so I found out that I was lactose intolerant after I had my youngest child who is 4 now. Any dairy would give me bad bathroom time if ya know what I mean! I would also get stomach cramps and nausea.  as far as the chocolate soy milk, it is really good unfortunately I haven't found it in light and it has alot for calories in it too. Nuttin too special goin on this weekend, did some cardio boot camp today, man was it hard!!! but it was good to sweat like that. I think I must be getting a little stronger cuz my workouts are getting easier so I had to step it up a notch and try to challenge myself ya know. What about you guys? Got plan this weekend?
