Thanks Tammie. Ya I workout everyday and I love it when it starts getting a little easier cuz then you know you are doing something right huh! Pain is just weakness leaving the body  yeah I have seen you talk about the Wii a few times and have heard about it before. Sounds really fun and I have always wanted to try one. You should be a poster woman for Wii  Anyway ya the cardio boot camp is pretty challenging for me. there are 3 workouts on one dvd but I have only done the first one. I figure I better master that one first until it gets a little easier then I will move on to the next ones ya know. It is just alot of jumping around and really constant. Lots of lunges and push ups and kicks. It is pretty much strengthening movements from tae kwon do, calisthenics, boxing and aerobic dance. And thats just the first workout. It is called The Method Cardio Boot Camp. I borrowed it from my sister in law. maybe you could find it at walmart.com or something.
