Hey there,
Yeah, that cardio boot camp sounds like it'll burn a ton of calories!! It might be too much on my bad knees though. I can't do a lot of jumping or lunges. It's weird though, I can do squats, but not lunges. I can do these step aerobics, but when it comes to jumping aerobics, my knees totally give out. What do ya think... does cardio boot camp have a lot of the jumping kind of aerobics? The other stuff like crunches, boxing and calisthenics (how the heck did you spell that?lol) sound like just what I like. Let me know what ya think.
Well, I need to get going to bed. I think I said I was going to post on folks' threads for about 15 minutes-that was about an hour and a half ago!!!
