Hey Tammie that sucks about your knees.....its weird because my knees are bad too and it is hard for me to do squats but I can de lunges...go figure huh...Anyway the first workout is alot of jumping jacks, pushups, jump rope, kicks and all that If you would like I can try to upload it on my computer and send it to you as an attatchment so you can check it out.
