Good Morning Guys,
Ok this is my second day not taking phen and I must admit my first day (yesterday) was a little harder than I thought!!!! but I am proud to say that i managed to overcome the temptation of my coworkers  so hopefully these next couple of days will be a breez, Well I will keep everyone posted on my results.
