So even though I have already been losing someone suggested I make a journal.
My starting weight was 210 :( I have really changed everything I eat and work out regularly. I have been stuck at 182.2 for a couple days and have become a little frustrated.
I increased my cardio 40 min on the elliptical and a 1/2 mile on the track. So I am stumped.
Well I am exhausted so to bed for me.
