Welcome to the forum. I have been on Phen 30mg for four weeks which I have lost 7 pounds but I have lost some inch my doctor said I'm doing great. I have been off Phen for three days because my doctor went on vacation and forgot to give me the prescription so far so good I have still not been hungry. Maybe this is a good thing because I know I can't stay on Phen forever. Hang in there you will get a lot of support for the forum.
