Thank you, ladies. I appreciate your support. Friday, I went to the doctor for a follow-up. When I went last month my bp was 130/90, and my dr. was a little concernted and wanted to monitor it with the phen, b/c phen can sometimes raise bp. I was happy to see my bp actually went down to 120/84, and my weight was 218.7! The dr. was very pleased with my progress. The only thing is that my scale at home shows 222, so I think the scale at the dr's office is wrong because I've reset my scale twice, and it still shows 222. I told her I've been constipated, and she said I'm not drinking enough water. I'm still struggling with that. I still haven't gotten up to 8-10 glasses. Usually I drink about 4. She said I need more water, and if I'm still having trouble to take Miralax. I'm still focusing on my first mini-goal of 220. It's my TOM so I'm not very energetic today. I didn't sleep much last night because my son kept waking up crying. I've got so much to do today. My house is a wreck. It's after 10am, and I have yet to eat breakfast. I'll just have a bowl of cereal and a pear. I plan on having a turkey burger for lunch, and salmon and greens for dinner. I have fiber one yogurt and fruit for my snacks. I was a little bad yesterday when I went to my dad's house. I had a piece of fried chicken, and a small bag of red hot potatoe chips. I felt so guilty, I didn't eat dinner. That wasn't good. Well, today's a new day. I hope everyone has a wonderful day.
