Ok, so I started on Phen on 3/17 and was doing great, losing 2-3 lbs a week or so (the first week was a big loss, then things slowed down and got more regular) I've been plateaued for a while, and can feel myself getting hungry by about 6:00pm.

I've been eating very well, with an occasional no-no item here and there, but overall have been sticking to 1,000-1,300 calories a day. I have no problem drinking 100 oz of water or more a day. I will admit that I am definitely lacking in the exercise department. I suck at getting in exercise. I work full time, and I have 3 children and a husband who is now disabled, so it's hard to find the time, and yes, I know that is a terrible excuse.

So, I stopped taking Phen last Thursday in hopes that when I start up again it will work again, but I don't know how long of a break I should take.

Any thoughts on this? (or on anything else I mentioned? Hit me. It's ok, I can take constructive criticism!)
