Hi! I definately am a believer with taking the pill half in the am and half in the pm. Don't take it any later then like 2 though so it won't interfere with your sleeping! Also try the Special K protein water it really helps and is only 30 cals!!! Keep us updated on your progress! Hope I was able to help some!
