I am so sad how I gained so much weight. I was fine with my first baby, my 2nd one I was ok but the weight came on AFTER I had her, I would say a good 30 pounds. I just dont get it

Don't beat yourself up, it happens to the best of us...My sister gained a whooping 60 pounds after she had her baby, but with the help of those little white pills w/ the blue specs - she is now back down to 130 ...I've tried both of them, but I prefer the white pills with the little blue specs.
