Oh yeah.. i'm Tasha mom of 2 lil boys. I'm currently cutting back and eating healthier.. bought biggest loser books so i'm trying to follow their system of eating 6 times per day, lots of fruit & veggies and ww bread/pasta etc.
Working out 4 times per week.. minimum . .no juice just diet pop, water, lf milk.
