L- ww light bread, turkey, light mayo, mustard , 2% cheese, carrot sticks, diet green tea
S- special k bar
D- not sure!
Exercise: plan on either 30 mins on elliptical at the gym or level 1 SHRED when i get home.
Water- working on this.. hate water... 32oz so far.
