Hi, I'm just getting back into the forum. I'm sorry about your side effects. I know when I first started taking phen (37.5mg) I had the same side effects and I couldn't sleep at all the first night, but after a few days the side effects went away. Now I can tell you that when I didn't eat enough, and my blood sugar dropped too low, that's when I would feel those side effects. Other than that it has worked great for me. Just make sure you're eating enough, even if you have no appetite. But if you're continuing to have side effects, you are definitely doing the right thing by going back to your doctor.
