I started my phentermine 37.5 on May 21 with a weight of 190.5. Today is July 1, and I now weigh 171. That's a loss of 19.5 pounds! I still have more to go, but I feel much better. The phentermine really takes away the appetite and makes it much easier to keep the calories low. I also exercise 4-5 times a week with 20-30 minutes of cardio and strength training.
