Hi there!
Its been a couple of days since I last posted, but Im still trucking along. I had a couple of days this week that I ate too many sweets. I am PMS'ing so at least I know why. Tomorrow is my weigh in at Weight Watchers, it will be interesting to see how I do. I am going a day early because of the holiday on Sat~ it really shouldnt make a whole lot of difference. I have exercised 2 x this week, making tomorrow my 3rd, so I will have accomplished my goal for the week regarding exercise. I have been toying with doing a LC version of Weight Watchers making fruit the only real carb that I consume. I do love dairy, but if I stick to fat free plain yogurt with fruit in it and skim milk etc, I should be fine. As a realist, I know that I cannot do an Atkins type of LC for the rest of my life. I want to make changes while Im on the phen that are sustainable for the long term.
