I do not care if my doctor said to eat low carb with the phen i lost 45 pounds eating low fat and that is what i intend to do the important thing is to find the right diet for yourself that makes you feel good and stick to it!!!

Lele what do you eat i was just wondering? I always wonder about what you guys eat! Well have a great day tuesday is my weigh in i really want to get down to 182 anything but 183 so i am going to work out like a mad woman! Cause this morning scale said 184 or 185 man i was 183 see what not exercising does for us all!!!


Misty I am glad you decided to go back to your low fat diet that is much better for you than the low carb diet. and as far as your weight don't worry our weight goes up and down all day long! All that matters is your number on your weight in day but as far as eating i normally eat the same thing for breakfast every day which is maple brown sugar oatmeal with one slice of the pepperridge farm cinnamon swirl bread which is very yummie it only has 80calories in it! sometimes i may eat a fiberone bar with it..... 2hours after breakfast i normally eat a snack which will be something like a fruit cup or yoplait yogurt or even just a piece of fuit or a jello pudding.and lunch will be leftovers from the previous night which will consist of some type of baked or grilled meat and a veggie if i forget to bring lunch i normally go to subway and grab the ovenroasted chicken breast sandwich and around 3 i will have another snack which will consist of one of the items i listed above and i drink plenty of water throughout the day.
