Hey Ladies
I went to the gym earlier and worked out for an hour did 30mins of cardio on the cross ramp and the other 30mins working on my abs obliques and arms! I plan on going back later this afternoon since i am off today Well I hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th of July! Tomorrow is my weekly weight in day wish me luck I am shooting for the 160's
