dinner - grilled chicken and veggies
snack- fiber one and some tuna salad
today

well yes i feel much better now and i have to say that maybe the scales are not moving but i have been doing some strength training so maybe that would explain it you know! I think i am going to stop weighing in and only weigh in on my weigh in day bc yes when the scale goes down everyday it motivates me but when it does not go down it makes me feel like i want to give up lol so i will do what you said i hope that you are having a great 4th of july!! bye girl
