Morning everyone....
This weekend i didnt do too good on the eating dept. Friday..good...Sat bad!! ... Sun ..very bad!. Oh this is work in progress. I havent taken phen since Friday.. figured why waste it when i was not eating the best.
Sat went to a big bbq... so i had a burger, bit of mac n' cheese, ribs, and this yummmmy choc cake i make every yr. Sun, another bday bbq. So here i am Monday morning, ready to fix the damage that has been done.
I'm really thinking of low carb for a lil while. I know i lose on it and once i get past the first 2wks or so i'm pretty good, bc i really need to up the f&v. I have 3 wks b4 i go outta town and i would love to lose 10-15 by then w/the help of phen.
