Thanks for the info on how to tone the legs and butt area! I have heard before on different shows that the squeezing of the butt muscles periodically throughout the day can give you more lift and a fuller butt but girl i hate working on my abs as well but i know that in the long run through all the sweat and pain it will pay off i can really tell that I am losing some weight or inches in my stomach area and not mention the appearance of the strecth marks(UGH) from losing. well i hope you have a good day.
