Well, I was started with the 30mg b&w capsules on July 2, 2009 omg,....I don't know if I need a higher dose or what cuz headaches when away after drinking more water hooray,..mood swings I can sometimes control,...insomnia no more,..I hope I got a good nights rest last night we will see,..but my tiredness is ridiculous!!! I literally take the pill in the morning and go back to bed and all thru out the day Im tired!! anybody experience this??? and Ive been getting chills,...all the kids are a little sick maybe Im just overreacting on that one but im still alive soo maybe that's just my body telling me im gonna get sick pretty soon,...Idk?? appointment with doc tomorrow,...anybody else experience tiredness???
